【摘要】 分析了包钢焦化厂入选蒙古煤的煤质及其可选性指标,叙述了蒙古洗精煤产率指标对经济效益的影响及产率降低的原因。经分析发现,煤质变差,煤泥量大幅度增加是影响精煤产率的关键。建议要平衡好精煤灰分与产率的关系,并拟进行浮选系统的技术改造工程以进一步提高精煤产率及经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analysed coal quality and washability of Mongolian coal in Coking Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel Group Corporation, and described the effects of ratio of cleaned coal on economic benefits and reasons of reducing ratio. The key reasons of lowing of cleaned ratio coal were bad coal quality and large increase in sludge. So the relations of washed coal ash and ratio must be balanced, and technology reformation works of floatation system would be done to increase ratio and economic benefits.更多还原
