动物细胞染色体实验方法的改进和优化
Improvement and optimize the method of Chromosome of zooblast
【摘要】 目的:改进和优化动物细胞染色体的临时制片技术。方法:临时制片法。结果:实验效果较佳,制片成片率较高,染色体分散得较好,结果稳定。
【Abstract】 Objective: Improve and optimize the method of Chromosome of zooblast.Method:Technique of temporary tablet production.Conclusions: The effect of experiment is good,the rate of production is high,disperse of chromosome is preferable,the result is stabilization.
