煤矸石资源化再利用研究

【摘要】 介绍了硅质煤矸石和高岭质煤矸石在陶瓷、耐火材料和水泥中的应用.硅质煤矸石用于制备β-SiC和莫来石,高岭质煤矸石也应用于SiC,Al2O3-SiC,Sialon系列粉末、多孔质材料、堇青石和其他耐火材料.煅烧过的煤矸石具有火山灰活性,可用作水泥的掺混料.热活化和化学活化相结合是提高煤矸石基水泥的强度的一种有效方法.

【Abstract】 In the present paper,applications of siliceous and kaolinitic gangues in ceramics,refractories and cementing materials are reviewed.Coal gangue series mullite,superfine β-SiC have been prepared from siliceous gangue.Using kaolinitic gangue with few impurities as raw materials,Al2O3-SiC and sialon series powders including β-sialon,O-sialon and X phase have also been synthesized successfully.Kaolinitic gangue has been used to produce porous ceramics,cordierite,anorthite lightweight brick and lightweight aggregates.Calcined coal gangue has high pozzolanic activity and has been used as a cement admixture.The combination of alkalinic and thermal activation is an effective method of improving the strength of coal gangue based alkaline cementitious materials.
