灰渣对煤炭地下气化催化效果的初步研究
PILOT STUDY ON THE CATALYSIS OF RESIDUES ON UNDERGROUND COAL GASIFICATION
【摘要】 在煤炭地下气化过程中,为了研究灰渣对煤炭地下气化反应的催化作用和效应,利用实验室小型单管实验,说明了灰渣中的金属氧化物尤其是钙盐对煤炭地下气化中的氧气-水蒸气气化和甲烷化反应具有催化效应,碳的转化率、煤气热值及产气量随着温度(800℃~1 200℃)及灰渣添加量(15%~30%)的增加而明显提高.利用上述实验数据及钙盐的催化活性理论提出了以钙盐作为催化剂进行煤炭地下催化气化的设想.
【Abstract】 During the process of underground coal gasification(UCG),for researching the residues of UCG having catalysis on coal gasification,minitype monotube experiments in laboratory were carried out.The result showed that the metallic oxide,especially the calcium salt in residues had catalysis on oxygen-steam gasification and methanation reaction,and coal conversion,gas heat value and produced gas yield all increased distinctly with the increasing temperature(800 ℃-1 200 ℃) and residues adding(15%-30%).Based on the experiment data and catalytic activity theory of calcium salt,the idea that calcium salt acted as catalyst in underground coal catalytic gasification was put forward.
