【摘要】 ①目的探讨HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者阿德福韦治疗前后不同时相点血清IFN-γ和IL-4的水平及其与ALT的关系。②方法采集30例阿德福韦治疗前、治疗16周、52周和132周患者血清,其中完全应答组14例,部分应答组16例及健康对照组10例,ELISA检测IFN-γ、IL-4的水平。③结果完全应答组各时相点IFN-γ水平显著高于部分应答组(P<0.05)及正常对照组(P<0.05),部分应答组与健康对照组相比无差异性(P>0.05);完全应答组IL-4水平在治疗后逐渐下降,部分应答组变化不大;完全应答组治疗前ALT水平与IFN-γ水平具有相关性,呈正相关(r=0.9),与IL-4水平无明显相关性(r=0.38);部分应答组治疗前ALT水平与IFN-γ及IL-4水平均无相关性;④结论阿德福韦治疗后慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫应答有一定程度的恢复,其恢复程度与治疗前ALT水平水平呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Adefovir dipivoxil on the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and their correlation with ALT in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B at different time of before and after treatment. Methods The sera of 30 patients before and after Adefovir dipivoxil therapy were collected in this study, 14 cases in complete responding group,16 cases in part responding group,10 health people in control group.The IFN-γ,IL-4 levels were detected with ELISA method.Results The IFN-γlevels in complete responding group were significantly higher than those in part responding group and control group at different time(P<0.05),while there was not significant difference between part responding group and control group(P>0.05).The level of IL-4 in complete responding group decreased gradually after treatment, while which in part responding group didn’t. The ALT levels before treatment in complete responding group had positive correlation with IFN-γlevels(r=0.9)and had no significant correlation with IL-4 levels(r=0.38); The ALT levels in part responding group had no significant correlation with IFN-γlevels and IL-4 levels before treatment. Conclusion The cellular immune response of patients with chronic hepatitis B was resumed to some extent after Adefovir dipivoxil therapy and the resumption degree was positive correlation with the ALT level before treatment.更多还原
