煤的受热氧化及其对物理吸附氧气的影响
Coal oxidation by heating and its influence on oxygen physisorption
【摘要】 为探讨煤在氧化后发生的性质变化,选取无烟煤和烟煤2种煤样,在不同的温度下进行加热.在每一次加热前后都测量煤样的质量,以及进行对氧气的物理吸附实验.结果显示,煤样的质量和对氧气的物理吸附量都呈现出随加热温度先增大,然后快速下降的特征.分析表明,煤样内部的氧化变化是导致其质量和吸附氧气量发生同步、一致变化的根本原因.在较低加热温度下,煤样同氧气发生化合反应形成不稳定的中间产物使煤的质量增大,同时这些中间产物具有更强的氧气吸附能力.在更高加热温度下,煤样被深度氧化释放出气体产物导致质量下降,同时煤质变得酥松,内部分子间作用力减弱,对氧气的吸附能力也减弱.对煤各阶段氧化后性质的分析同相关文献的观测结果一致.
【Abstract】 To be examined the quality variation of the oxidated coal,two kinds of coal samples,blind coal and bituminous coal,were selected and heated in a series of temperature environments.The mass and the quantity of oxygen physisorption of the coal sample were measured before and after each heating experiment.It shows that both the mass and the quantity of oxygen physisorption have the same characteristic of firstly increasing with temperature and then quickly decreasing.The analysis indicates that the interior change of coal sample mainly leads to the synchronous and coherent variations of coal mass and oxygen physisorption.Under relatively low temperature,coal and oxygen compounds into the transient products with no gas produced.So the mass of the sample increases.And the transient products can adsorb more oxygen.Under higher temperature,both the decomposition of the transient products and the direct reaction between coal and oxygen occur,with gas products releasing.So the mass of the sample decreases.Meanwhile the coal sample becomes fragmented and the molecular force to adsorb oxygen is weakened.The analysis results of coal oxidative stages are consistent to those in literatures.
