水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧技术及14MW锅炉的应用

【摘要】 介绍了水煤浆流化-悬浮高效洁净燃烧技术的原理及关键技术,以SHFS14-1.0/115/ 70-SM3型水煤浆流化悬浮高效洁净燃烧锅炉为例,介绍了该型锅炉的设计原则及思路,并进行了锅炉的热工性能测试和环保性能测试,结果表明:用该型水煤浆流化悬浮燃烧锅炉实际出力达14.149 MW,热效率为91.525%,热效率高出力足;SO2浓度为346.1 mg/m3,NOx浓度为469.5 mg/m3,符合国家Ⅱ类区域运行排放标准.

【Abstract】 Principle and key technologies of fluidization-suspension combustion technology of coal water slurry (CWS)was introduced.A SHPS14-1.0/115/70-SM3 boiler using the technology was taken to be an example to introduce its design principle and idea.The heat engineering characteristics and environmental protection perform- ance were tested.The results show that its capacity is 14.149 MW,the heat efficiency is 91.525%,its SO2 con- centration is 346.1 mg/m3 and NO,concentration is 469.5 mg/m3.And the emission meets the national standards of typeⅡregions.
