长壁开采老采空区带状注浆设计方法

【摘要】 在分析老采空区残余沉降机理的基础上,结合开采沉陷理论,对控制老采空区残余沉降的注浆充填的技术方法进行了研究.得到如下结论:控制老采空区残余移动变形的关键是控制垮落带和断裂带内岩体的变形.在一定开采深度下,老采空区注浆充填可采用带状注浆充填.当开采深度小于导水断裂带高度和地面建筑载荷作用深度时,注浆孔间距为2倍的浆液扩散半径;当开采深度大于导水断裂带高度和地面建筑载荷作用深度时,给出了带状注浆充填注浆孔间距计算公式及注浆孔布设原则.注浆孔首先应布置在距离工作面边缘内20 m范围内、急倾斜煤层上山方向和断层发育区域,以充填采空区边缘的空洞和欠压密区.

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the mechanism of the residual movement and deformation of old goaf,combined with the theory of mining subsidence,the technology method of grouting filling for controlling subsidence of old goaf was researched and main conclusions were obtained: the key of controlling residual movement and deformation of old goaf is the controlling the rockmass deformation of caving zone and fracture zone.The method of filling old goaf by grouting can adopt the strip grouting filling in proper mining depth condition.When mining depth is less than the height of water flowing failure zone and acting depth by the load of building,filling grouting borehole interval is twice spread radius of grouting fluid.When mining depth is more than the height of water flowing failure zone and the depth acted by the load of building,the calculating formula of filling grouting borehole interval of strip grouting and setting principle of grouting borehole are given.The grouting borehole should firstly be designed the positions in less than 20 m from boundary of old goaf and the uphill direction of steeply inclined coal seam as well as the zone of fault so that the cavity zone in boundary of goaf and the caving rock zone with void can well be filled.
