【摘要】 基于我国煤田开采深度的不断增加,地应力逐渐加大,要求提高巷道支护强度,开发了SKP18.9-1/1820型和SKP22-1/1670型大直径高强锚索,使锚索的最低破断荷载和延伸率得到大幅度提高。大直径锚索进行应用试验,结果表明,大直径锚索在高地压和顶板破碎的困难巷道支护中起到很好的支护效果,明显减少了巷道的维修量,杜绝了顶板事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the mining depth in China coalfield continued increasing and the earth stress steadily increasing,the SKP18.9-1/1820 and SKP22-1/1670 large diameter high strength anchors were developed in order to improve the support strength of the mine roadway.Those new anchors could highly improve the minimum broken loading and extension rate of the anchors.The large diameter anchors had been tested for application.The trial results showed that the large diameter anchors had good support results in the mine difficult roadway support with high strata pressure and broken roof conditions.The application of the large diameter anchors obviously reduced the repair work of the mine roadway and eliminate the roof accidents occurred.更多还原
