孤岛综放工作面终采及回撤期间防灭火技术

【摘要】 为了提高易燃厚煤层超长孤岛综放工作面在终采和回撤期间的防火安全,根据煤自然发火防治理论和孤岛综放工作面自燃特点,提出了全工作面支架壁后铺设风筒布堵漏防灭火技术,研究了快速回撤工艺,开发出快速装卸平台。现场应用表明,铺风筒布防灭火技术堵漏效果显著,防灭火效果好;快速回撤工艺和快速装卸平台提高了工作面设备回撤速度,使超长孤岛综放工作面在20 d内回撤完毕,为快速封闭赢得了时间,起到了安全防火目的。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the fire prevention and safety at the mining face terminal and face withdrawing period of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in overlong island thick seam with spontaneous combustion,according to the prevention and control theory of the coal spontaneous combustion and the spontaneous combustion features of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in island seam,the paper provided the ventilation leakage sealing and fire prevention and control technology with air tubing cloth set behind all hydraulic powered supports of the coal mining face.The paper studied the rapid face withdrawing technology of the coal mining face.A rapid loading and unloading platform had developed.The site application showed that the fire prevention and control technology with the air tubing cloth could have obvious the leakage sealing results and the fire prevention and control results.The rapid withdrawing technology and the rapid loading and unloading platform could improve the removing speed of the face equipment.The withdrawing of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face could be completed within 20 days,which had got the time of the rapid sealing and reached the target of the safety and fire prevention.
