【摘要】 为了提高选煤厂粉状聚丙烯酰胺的自动配制水平和利用率,根据聚丙烯酰胺的溶解特性,利用S7-200系列的PLC,设计了一套能实现粉状聚丙烯酰胺高效分散溶解的自动控制系统,重点阐述系统的硬件构成及系统软件的设计过程,指出PLC设计关键主要是能满足基本控制功能和容量,并考虑维护的方便性、系统可扩展性等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the automatie preparation level and utilization rate of the pulverized polyacrylamide in the coal preparation plant and based on the dissolving features of the polyacrylamide,a set of automatic control system which could realize high efficiently anti separately dissolve the pulverized polyaerylamide was designed with S7-200 series PLC.The paper emphasized the design process of the system hardware composition and the system software.The paper pointed out that the key of the PLC design was mainly to meet the hasic control function and capacity and to consider the maintenance convenience,system expansion and others.更多还原
