基于控制局域网技术的煤矿瓦斯测控系统设计

【摘要】 由于目前煤矿瓦斯测控系统广泛使用的RS-485通信网存在总线效率低、实时性差、可靠性低、通信距离短等特点。利用CAN控制局域网技术对目前煤矿瓦斯测控系统通信网进行改造,使远距离采煤点与控制中心保持良好通信,提高了安全系数,解决了远距离通信问题。该系统成本低廉,并可利用原有通信电缆。

【Abstract】 Due to the low bus efficiency,poor real timing,low reliability,short communication distance and other features existing in the RS-485 communication network which is widely applied in the mine gas measuring and control systems in China coal mines,the communi- cation network of the present mine gas measuring and control system was rebuilt with the CAN controlled local network technology in order to keep a good communication between the remote mining point and the control center.The safety coefficient had been improved and the long distance communication issue had been solved.The cost of the system was low and cheap and the previous communication cable could be reused.
