基于电磁调速的电牵引采煤机调速控制器设计
Design on speed controller of electric haulage coal shearer based on electromagnetic speed regulation
【摘要】 针对现有的电磁调速式电牵引采煤机存在低速性能不稳定及控制电路过于复杂等问题,提出了一种基于P89C51RD2单片机的脉宽调制(PWM)调速,采用软件PID控制算法,实现了速度、电流双闭环控制,使得采煤机在调速范围内能稳定可靠运行,通过在软件中使截割电机电流参与运算的方式,实现了采煤机恒功率运行。
【Abstract】 According to the unstable low speed performance and control circuit too complicated and other problems existed in the electro- magnetic speed regulation type coal shearer,the paper provided the pulse width modulation (PWM) speed regulation base on P89C51RD2 signal chip computer with the software PID control calculation.The speed regulation had a speed and current double closed loop control to allow the coal shearer to have a stable and reliable operation within the speed regulating area.With the current of the electric motor in- volved in the calculation formation of the software,the coal shearer could have an operation with a stable power.
