缓倾斜厚煤层综放开采顶煤采出率数值模拟

【摘要】 建立了缓倾斜厚煤层综采长壁放顶煤二维颗粒流模型(PFC2d,Particle Flow Code-2d),根据实际生产情况,设计了16个正交实验。通过对试验数据进行回归分析,得出了顶煤厚度、顶煤垮落角、放煤步距、支架尾梁摆角与顶煤采出率的关系;运用方差分析法,将4个因素对顶煤采出率影响的显著性进行了研究,得出了顶煤垮落角对顶煤采出率影响特别显著,顶煤厚度、支架尾梁摆角对顶煤回收率影响比较显著,放煤步距对顶煤采出率的影响显著性较小的结论。

【Abstract】 A two dimension particle flow code model was established for the fully mechanized longwall top coal caving mining in the gently inclined thick seam.According to the actual production conditions,16 orthogonal experiments ware designed.After the regressive analysis on the experimental data,the relationship between the top coal thickness,top coal falling angle,coal caving distance and the support tai beam swing angle to the top coal recovery ratio ware obtained.With the square differential analysis method,the paper had a study on the four factors obviously affected to the top coal recovery ratio.The results showed that the top coal falling angle could obviously influence the top coal recovery ratio,the top coal thickness and support tai beam swing angle could have a less obvious influence to the top coal recovery ratio and the coal caving distance could have a!small obvious influence to the top coal recovery ratio.
