芦岭煤矿石门揭煤施工新技术

【摘要】 芦岭煤矿的8煤、9煤层具有低透气性、极松软、特厚、强突出等特性,在此类煤层掘进中石门揭煤现场施工,得出"预抽、骨架、固化、拦截、注水、排放"的6步揭煤法,解决了施工时冒顶严重、瓦斯事故多的问题,形成一套适合芦岭矿的石门揭煤综合安全防突技术。

【Abstract】 The No. 8 seam and No. 9 seam in Luling Mine have the features of low permeability, ultra soft, ultra thick and high outburst. According to the practices on the seam open operations for the crosscuts in those seams of the mine, the paper summarized the 6 step seam open method with "gas pre-drainage, framework, solidification, sealing, water injection and discharging". The 6 step method was well to be a solution for the serious roof falling, frequent gas accidents and other problems occurred during the previous seam open operations. A completed set of the safety and outburst prevention technology for the seam open operation of the crosscut suitable for Luling Mine was formed with the method.
