地下变电所硐室贯通控制爆破技术
Controlled blasting technology for heading through of underground substation chamber
【摘要】 为控制煤矿井下新开变电硐室与老变电所硐室贯通时的危害,采用了毫秒微差爆破、中空掏槽、周边光面爆破、松动开挖等一系列控制爆破技术,并分别对变电所硐室贯通前10~4m段、贯通前4~2m段和贯通2m段进行爆破参数选择和炮眼布置,现场爆破震动的检测表明了爆破参数选择合理,施工工艺可行,并取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 In order to control the danger of the excavation when the new underground substation chamber heading through with the old substation chamber in the mine, the millisecond differential blasting, cut blasting, smooth blasting, vibration excavation and series controlled blasting technologies were applied for the heading through excavation. The blasting parameter selection and blasting borehole layout were made individually at the distance of 10 to 40 m section, the distance of 4 to 2 m section and distance of 2 m section before the holing through between the substations. The inspection and measurement of the site blasting vibration showed that the selection of blasting parameter selected was rational and the construction technology was feasible with good benefits.
