煤矿本质安全管理评价的AHP数学模型及应用

【摘要】 为了判断煤矿本质安全管理的优劣,根据煤矿安全管理的基本原理,设计了用于评价煤矿安全生产的指标体系,并利用层次分析法,建立煤矿本质安全管理综合评价指标体系的数学模型,依据煤矿企业的特点选择6个准则层、21个指标作为评价等级。评定级别为4级:本质安全型矿井Ⅰ、本质安全型矿井Ⅱ、本质安全型矿井Ⅲ和非本质安全型矿井。应用层次分析法对煤矿本质安全管理体系进行综合安全性评价,可以将定性的问题进行定量评价,合理地反映煤矿本质安全管理的现状,便于各个煤矿根据评价结果采取相应的措施,提高煤矿本质安全管理的安全生产水平。

【Abstract】 In order to judge the advantage and disadvantage of the mine intrinsic safety management,an index system to assess the mine safety production was designed base on the principle of the mine safety management.With the layer analysis method,a mathematical model for the comprehensive assessment index system of the mine intrinsic safety management was established.According to the features of the coal mine enterprises,six guide layers and twenty-one indexes were selected for the classes of the assessment and there were four assessment classes,they were intrinsic safe mine I,intrinsic safe mine II,intrinsic safe mine III and non intrinsic safe mine.Using the layer analysis method to synthetically assess the mine intrinsic safety management system would be quantitative assessment for the known problem and rationally reflected the status of the mine intrinsic safety management in order to take related measures to the assessment results by each mine and to improve the safety production level of the mine intrinsic safety management.
