移相PWM DC/DC全桥变换器的简述和发展
Overview and Improvement of Phase Shift PWM DC/DC Full Bridge Converter
【摘要】 移相PWM DC/DC全桥变换器通过改变全桥开关管移相角的大小来调节输出电压,巧妙利用变压器漏感和开关管的结电容及变压器初次之间的寄生电容来完成谐振过程,实现零电压或零电流开通或关断,减少了开关损耗与干扰,成为目前研究的热点问题。重点简述了该类变换器的原理及发展,并介绍了几种常见的拓扑,分析了它们的优缺点。
【Abstract】 Phase shift PWM DC/DC full bridge converter can adjust the output voltage through changing phase shift degree of the full bridge swicher,completing resonance procedure through transformer leakage inductance and capacitor and the living capacitor between primary transformer and secondary transformer.It can achieve zero-current and zero-voltage turn-on and zero-current and zero-voltage turn-off,decreasing the switching loss and interference,thus becoming the focus of in present research.The generation,principle and improvement are illustrated.Some common topologies as well as their advantages and drawbacks are discussed and analyzed.
