直接连接供热系统调节方式及能耗分析
Adjustment Methods and Energy Consumption Analysis of Direct Connection Heat-supply System
【摘要】 在直接连接供热系统的分阶段改变流量的质调节方式(调节方式1)的基础上,提出分阶段量调节与质调节方式(调节方式2)、分阶段质量一流量调节与质调节方式(调节方式3),探讨了3种调节方式的基本公式。结合工程实例,绘制了3种调节方式的水温调节曲线,比较了各调节方式下循环泵的节能率。调节方式2的节能效果最优,调节方式3、1次之。
【Abstract】 Based on the centralized control with flow varied by steps (method 1) of direct connec- tion heat-supply system,the variable flow and constant flow controls by steps (method 2) and the varia- ble flow and constant flow controls and constant flow control by steps (method 3) are put forward.The basic formulas of the three adjustment methods are discussed.Combined with an engineering example, the temperature adjustment curves of the three adjustment methods are plotted,and the energy saving rate of circulating pump among the three adjustment methods is compared.The energy saving efficiency of the method 2 is the best,followed by the methods 3 and 1.
