【摘要】 The paper concentrates on finding the H∞ measurement-feedback control-law for systems with not only an input-delay but also a measurement-delay. Krein space, together with pseudo-measurements, is introduced so that the reorganizing technique can be utilized after we convert the original problem into a minimizing one.
