多酚氧化酶活性基因在黑龙江省小麦品种中的分布

【摘要】 为了解黑龙江省小麦品种多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol oxidase,PPO)活性水平,利用PPO18、PPO16及PPO29等3个标记对88份推广品种的PPO-2A及PPO-2D位点等位变异进行了检测。结果表明,黑龙江省小麦品种上述位点的高PPO活性条带频率偏高,分别为51.8%和42.2%。两个位点都出现高PPO活性条带的品种有19份,占23.8%;都出现低PPO活性条带的品种有23份,占28.8%。有6份品种在PPO-2A位点出现杂合现象。

【Abstract】 Colour is an important trait with significant influences on the apparence of wheat-based products.In the present study,a total of 88 cultivars,collected from Heilongjiang province,were used to identify the allelic variation at PPO-2A and PPO-2D loci.The results showed that both of the genotypes associated with higher and lower PPO activities were found,and the proportion of the PPO-2Aa and PPO-2Db controlling high PPO activity were 51.8% and 42.2%,respectively.At the same time,the heterozygosity could be observed at PPO-2A loci,it may due to the lack of selective pressure.
