小麦溶剂保持力的基因型和环境及其互作效应分析

【摘要】 为阐明基因型和环境及基因型与环境互作效应对小麦溶剂保持力的影响,以品质差异较大的19份小麦品种(系)为材料,对4个地点的小麦溶剂保持力进行了分析,同时用各溶剂保持力的变异系数与平均变异系数的比值作为稳定性参数,初步分析了各溶剂保持力的稳定性。结果表明:(1)4种溶剂保持力的基因型、环境及基因型与环境互作效应间差异均极显著;(2)基因型效应是影响小麦溶剂保持力的主要因素,其方差占总方差的56.7%~83.4%,远大于环境及基因型与环境互作效应的影响;(3)环境对蔗糖溶剂保持力的影响最大,其次是碳酸钠溶剂保持力和乳酸溶剂保持力,水溶剂保持力受环境的影响较小;(4)溶剂保持力的稳定性因基因型而异,同时基因型间各溶剂保持力的稳定性变化趋势亦不一致。这些研究结果可为优质小麦品种选育和生产提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Wheat solvent retention capacities(SRC) were measured for water,500 g·kg-1 sucrose,50 g·kg-1 sodium carbonate and 50 g·kg-1 lactic acid respectively by using a total of 19 common wheat genotypes grown at four different locations with 3 replications in wheat growing season of 2006.The effects of genotype,environments and genotype×environment interactions on solvent retention capacities were analyzed and the stability of four solvent retention capacities was estimated.The results indicated that the genotype,environments and genotype×environment interactions all had highly significant influence on four solvent retention capacities.While the genotypic effects, which could explain 56.7%~83.4% of variation,played main role compared with the environment and genotype×environment interactions.Among four solvent retention capacities,the effect of environments has a stronger influence on sucrose SRC than on sodium carbonate SRC,lactic acid SRC and water SRC.The estimation of the stability of four solvent retention capacities showed that SRC changed with different genotypes and the changing trend of SRC was not uniform among genotypes.
