助剂CeO2修饰铜基催化剂失活机理研究

【摘要】 采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了添加助剂CeO2的铜基催化剂,在含微量CO的H2气氛中,测试了催化剂对CO氧化反应的活性和稳定性,用TPR、XRD和TG表征和分析了新鲜催化剂与失活后的表面状态和物相结构,探索了催化剂失活的原因是催化剂上氧化态的CuO在反应过程中被还原为零价态的Cu。在催化剂中加入助剂CeO2提高了CuO的抗还原性,从而提高了催化剂的稳定性。

【Abstract】 The CO catalyst of the additive was prepared with the co-sediment method and the immersion method.In the H2 air with micro CO content,the catalyst was applied to test the activity and stability of the CO oxidized reaction.TPR,XRD and TG were applied to state and analyze the surface status and material phase structure of the fresh catalyst and after deactivation.It was discovered that the cause of the catalyst deactivation was the oxidized CuO on the catalyst during the reaction period been reduced to zero valent state Cu.With the assistant CeO2 in the catalyst,the anti reduction of CuO had improved and the stability of the catalyst had improved.
