采煤机工作姿态监测硬件设计
Hardware Design of Shearer Attitude Monitoring
【摘要】 基于低功耗MSP430149系列单片机实现采煤机工作姿态硬件监测。分别采用单/双轴加速度传感器ADXL103/203监测采煤机工作姿态,通过TMP05温度传感器对加速度传感器的初次测量结果进行温度补偿,校正后的结果作为监测电路最后的输出。由单片机通过485总线实现测量结果的传输显示,有利于人机界面的交互,减小了由于井下恶劣的工作环境带来的温漂影响,提高了测量结果的精度和可靠性。
【Abstract】 Based on the low-power consumption MSP430149 single chip,the shearer attitude is monitored by single/dual-axis accelerometer ADXL103/203. The temperature sensor TMP05 which is adopted to compensate for the first measurement result of the accelerometer will reduce the temperature drift because of the ambient environment and improve the measurement accuracy as well as the reliability.
