球杆仪的三轴数控机床几何误差检测方法与误差补偿

【摘要】 就三轴数控机床几何误差的测试和辨识进行了介绍、探讨和研究,利用球杆仪可以方便快捷地测量数控机床的几何误差,通过建立三轴数控机床的几何误差模型,在精确掌握三坐标数控机床几何误差的基础上,采用修正NC数据实现误差补偿,结果表明,机床的各项误差都有所降低。

【Abstract】 The testing and the discrimination of geometry error about three-axis numerical controlled machine tools have been introduced,discussed and investigated.Geometry error of numerical controlled machine conveniently and quickly by use of double-ball-bar can be measured,and builds up the figure model of such errors based on the instruments mentioned above.Using amend NC data,made several error compensation experients.The results indicated that the several errors in production with the machine tools will be greatly reduce.
