【摘要】 针对目前国内磨机运行过程中给矿量控制存在的主要问题,建立了磨机给矿量动态过程数学模型。在对系统的动态特性进行了较为全面分析基础上,基于模糊控制理论,提出了模糊-PID串级控制系统,并对所提出的控制系统的控制效果进行了仿真研究。结果表明,所提出的模糊-PID串级控制方案能显著提高磨机给矿量的运行控制效果和适应能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the main problems on the current domestic mill operations control process,the dynamic mathematical model of the volume of ore mill is set up.On the basis of a more comprehensive analysis of system dynamic characteristics,based on fuzzy control theory,fuzzy-PID cascade control system is raised,and the simulation results of the proposed controls system is researched.The results show that the fuzzy-PID cascade control program can significantly increase control effectiveness and adaptability on the volume of ore mill operation.更多还原
