颗粒增强镍基复合涂层的耐磨性能研究
Study of Abrasive Wear Resistance of Reinforced Ni-alloy Composite Coating
【摘要】 在自熔性Ni基合金耐磨喷涂(焊)合金粉末中添加不同粒度和比例硬质合金颗粒在45钢的表面,经加热熔敷后,在钢表面形成冶金结合耐磨涂层。研究表明:添加硬质合金颗粒显著提高了Ni基涂层耐磨性;添加硬质相比例和尺寸的不同,涂层的耐磨性能提高的幅度也不同。
【Abstract】 Ni-alloy coating which added the different size and proportion of the particle of hard alloy was brazed on the surface of 45 steel.The results shown that the addition outstanding increase the abrasive wear resistance of Ni-alloy composite coating.The different size and proportion of the addition in the composite coating have the different influence of the abrasive wear resistance of coating.
