厚煤层高效截流“钻墙”边掘边抽的试验研究
Testing Study on Utilizing "Drill Hole Wall" to Prevent Gas Emission in Thick Coal Seam of Inhaling as Tunneling
【摘要】 煤巷掘进巷道的瓦斯来源于暴露煤壁和掘进落煤,其中,暴露煤壁的瓦斯涌出量约占80%以上,高瓦斯矿井在煤巷掘进时经常出现瓦斯超限的情况,"钻墙"就是针对高瓦斯巷道掘进时截流煤壁瓦斯向巷道涌出的一种边掘边抽布孔方式,此方式在铜川矿物局陈家山煤矿421运顺进行了试验研究,实践表明"钻墙"能够非常有效截流煤壁瓦斯涌出、避免巷道瓦斯超限。
【Abstract】 The gas of driving in coal tunnel range stems from the exposes coal wall and the leaves coal,among them,the gas emission in exposing the coal wall accounts for more than 80%,the high gas mine often presents the situation of the ultra limit of gas when the coal lane is tunnelled," the drill hole wall "is appeared to slove the ultra limit of gas when tunnelling,this methed is carried out in 421 collieries of Chen Jia shan of mineral office of Tong Chuan,it shows " the drill hole wall " can Prevent the gas emission from the coal wall and avoid the ultra limit of gas.
