【Abstract】 The research status of a novel powder metallurgy net forming technology and the mold were reviewed,which was the Metal Powder Injection Molding(MIM) technology.The raw powder,the binder,the degreasing and sintering progress were introduced emphatically.And the computer simulation status of the process of this technology was introduced briefly.The differences between metal powder injection mold and traditional plastic injection mold were also analyzed.更多还原
