【Abstract】 The main functions of IMOLD,a plug-in package for injection mould design in SolidWorks software were briefly presented.Some key steps in design of injection moulds for a paper feed roller in an ink-jet printer by using IMOLD were discussed.Command like segmentation was used to manually establish the parting line and parting surface of complicated components.The procedure for creating and patching extension surface,the step for making cores and cavities,and the parameterized design method of standard mould carriers were stated.更多还原
