1Cr18Ni9Ti管弯曲回弹的有限元模拟与试验分析
Finite element simulation and experimental analysis on the spring-back after bending of 1Cr18Ni9Ti pipe
【摘要】 在对大量管材弯曲成形试验的基础上,对1Cr18Ni9Ti管材的弯曲成形过程进行了有限元模拟分析,经过验证,有限元分析计算结果基本正确。试验和分析表明,1Cr18Ni9Ti管材弯曲成形后具有较强的回弹趋势,弯曲回弹角随弯曲角和弯曲半径增大而增大,而且具有随相对管壁厚增大而略为减小的回弹趋势。
【Abstract】 The finite element analysis on the bending process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti pipe was carried out on the basis of large amounts of pipes’ bending tests.The FEM calculation results proved correct on the whole.Experiment and study indicate that 1Cr18Ni9Ti pipe tends to spring back seriously after deformation.The springback angle becomes larger with the increase of the bending angle and bending radius,and slightly gets smaller with the increase of relative wall thickness.
