蜂王浆蛋白质提取工艺研究

【摘要】 实验采用碱提酸沉法和盐提酸沉法对蜂王浆蛋白质提取工艺进行了研究。结果发现,碱提酸沉法的最佳工艺参数为:抽提pH10,料液比1∶4,抽提温度35℃,抽提时间2h,沉淀时间1h,沉淀温度5℃,蛋白质提取率75.17%;盐提酸沉法的最佳工艺参数(蛋白质等电点pH4.0)为:抽提pH7.0,离子强度0.65,液料比1∶8,抽提温度25℃,抽提时间2h,沉淀时间1h,沉淀温度5℃,蛋白质提取率83.62%。采用盐提酸沉法提取的蛋白质产量高,但纯度低于碱提酸沉法。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the extracting technology of royal jelly protein was studied. Two methods were adapted,alkali-extracting and salt-extracting. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of alkali-extracting method were as follows: pH=10,solid-to-liquid ratio was 1:4,extracting temperature was 35℃,extracting time was 2h,precipitating time was 1h,precipitating temperature was 5℃,the ratio of extraction was 75.17%; The optimum technological conditions of salt-extracting method were as follows: pH=7.0,solid-to-liquid ratio was 1:8,extracting temperature was 25℃,extracting time was 2h,precipitating time was 1h,precipitating temperature is 5℃,ionic strength is 0.65,the ratio of extraction was 83.62%. Making use of salt-extracting method could lead to higher ratio of extraction but lower purity.
