纳米TiO2光催化氧化降解活性染料研究
Degradation of reactive dye by photo-catalysis oxidation nano TiO2
【摘要】 采用纳米级TiO2悬浮法光催化氧化处理活性染料K-2G水溶液,讨论了pH值、TiO2用量、染料浓度、处理时间等因素对处理效果的影响。实验发现:在溶液pH值为中性、染料浓度不大、纳米TiO2用量适当的情况下光照1 h,即可达到较好的降解效果。纳米TiO2对活性染料脱色效果较好、降解彻底、能将活性染料基本降解为无机物,不会造成二次污染,是一种值得深入研究并推广应用的印染废水处理方法。
【Abstract】 Nano-TiO2 powder,as the photo-catalysis,has inclusive ability on the degradation on reactive dye.It not only effectively decreases the color of the solution,but also decreases the TOC of the solution and the structure of the dye.Nano-TiO2 powder,as the photo-catalysis,has inclusive ability on the degradation on reactive dye.It not only effectively decreases the color of the solution,but also decreases the TOC of the solution and the structure of the dye.In this paper,we treaded the solution of an active dye named K-2G with nano-TiO2 powder,and researched some factors such as the pH value,the dosage of TiO2,the concentration of dye & the time of treating.The result indicated that, we can obtain better decompose effect when the pH value is near neutral,the concentration of dye is not very high,and the dosage of TiO2 is proper.
