【摘要】 为了解决并条机因胶辊跳动和游动而产生的机械波,对胶辊铁芯轴套进行了更换。通过检查,发现胶辊的跳动和游动是由于胶辊缺油磨损而造成的,针对该情况,在FA302型和FA306型并条机上试验并推广使用了新型并条胶辊铁芯轴套。实践证明,新型并条胶辊铁芯轴套的使用在基本消除了并条机械波的同时还提高了并条条干水平、减少了油污、减小了保养工作量和节约了机物料消耗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rubber-covered roll with iron-cored bush was changed to resolving the mechanical wave that caused by drawing frame rubber-covered roll jumpiness and sway.Through testing it was found out that the jumpiness and sway that were caused by oil lacking of rubber-covered roll.Aiming at this situation new drawing rubber-covered roll with iron-cored bush was tried out and applied broadly in FA302 Drawing frame and FA306 Drawing frame.The practice shows that application of new drawing rubber-covered roll with iron-cored bush eliminates mechanical wave basically,at the same time sliver evenness is improved,oil stain is reduced,maintaining workload is reduced and material consumption is saved.更多还原
