碱处理对竹原纤维吸放湿性能的影响

【摘要】 研究碱处理前后竹原纤维的吸放湿性能。在温度为20℃,相对湿度为50%条件下对纤维进行了吸放湿性能试验,由此拟合出了纤维的吸放湿曲线和吸放湿速率曲线,结合纤维的X衍射图谱及表面形态,分析了碱处理前后纤维的微观和表面结构,并与竹浆纤维进行了对比。结果表明,竹浆纤维的吸放湿速率要大于竹原纤维,用10%NaOH处理竹原纤维,不会改变纤维的结晶结构,但能大幅度提高纤维的吸放湿速率,随着NaOH浓度的增大,纤维的吸放湿速率提高,当NaOH浓度为16%时达到最大值;而竹原纤维吸放湿性能的提高则主要源自于碱处理对纤维表面形态的改变。

【Abstract】 Moisture adsorption & liberation of natural bamboo fibre before and after alkali treatment were researched.In the condition of 20 ℃,relative humidity 50%,moisture adsorption & liberation test was carried out to the fibre,then fibre moisture adsorption & liberation curve and moisture adsorption & liberation velocity curve were depicted,combining fibre X-ray diffraction diagram and surface configuration,fibre microcosmic and surface structure before and after alkali treatment were analysed and contrasted with bamboo pulp fibre.The result shows that moisture adsorption & liberation rate of bamboo pulp fibre is larger than that of natural bamboo fibre,crystallization structure of natural bamboo fibre could not be changed through 10% NaOH treating,but fibre moisture adsorption & liberation rate would be improved sharply.As density of NaOH increasing,fibre moisture adsorption & liberation rate improves when density of NaOH is 16% the velocity reaches the maximum,while improvement of natural bamboo fibre moisture adsorption & liberation mainly comes from the change of alkali treatment to fibre surface configuration.
