粗纱机吸尘管道的改进设计及分析

【摘要】 探讨粗纱机吸尘管道系统各吸尘孔口吸力不均匀的问题。通过测试粗纱机吸尘管沿程各孔口静压,发现各吸尘孔口静压差异过大,造成了各吸尘孔口吸尘效果难以满足吸尘的需要。针对该问题对吸尘管道重新进行了设计,采用了扩大吸尘管道横截面、改进吸口形状及减小管道转角处的局部阻力等措施。经过测试与验证,在配用原风机的条件下,较好地解决了粗纱机吸尘管沿程孔口吸力分配不均匀的问题,并在一定程度上可减少纱疵,提高纱线质量。

【Abstract】 Problem of suction force unevenness in each inlet of roving machine suction duct system was discussed.Through test each inlet hydrostatic pressure of roving machine suction duct,it was found out that the pressure differences were very large,which caused the effect of each inlet could hardly satisfy suction demands.To the problems,suction duct was redesigned,measures such as increasing suction duct cross section,improving suction inlet shape and reducing partial resistance of duct corner were adopted.After test and inspection,in the condition of adopting original fan,the problem of suction force unevenness in each inlet of roving machine suction duct system could be resolved well, yarn defects could be reduced in some degree and yarn quality could be improved.
