含锗褐煤综合利用新工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了高温干馏挥发锗和重介质分离焦炭中矿物质这一新工艺;锗主要与有机质结合,在高于600℃干馏时褐煤热分解产生还原性气体并解离出锗,使锗呈低价挥发成为可能;随干馏温度升高锗挥发率逐渐增大,在1000℃时最大挥发率可达86.1%;焦炭灰分含量较高达47.59%,对焦炭进行重液分离矿物质结果表明:焦炭中矿物质可以有效分离,重液分离所得轻产物的固定碳都大于74.1%,产率为52.3%,平均固定碳含量84.9%,所得轻产物可以作为优质的冶金焦炭。

【Abstract】 The new process that contains volatilization of Ge and separation ash from char is studied.The results reveal that the main occurrence form of Ge in the lignite is germanium organic complex.When temperature is above 600 ℃,lignite pyrolysis can produce reduction gas and liberate,which makes the volatilization of Ge possible;The volatilization percentage of Ge increase as temperature increase and the maximum is 86.1% at 1000 ℃;The percentage of ash is from 47.6%,the separation result shows that the mineral matter can be well separated from char.The fixed carbon of all light productions is above 74.1%.The high grade char(52.3%) is obtained from crude char whose average fixed carbon is 84.9%,high grade char are obtained by the new process.
