【Abstract】 Whether there is a role for mother tongue in FL classroom has long been a controversial problem in FL teaching research.The author conducted an empirical study on the topic,which demonstrates that using mother tongue in Fl classrooms is quite a common phenomenon and plays an important role.This paper first introduces Krashen’s acquisition theory,then argues that Krashen’s Input Hypothesis and Affective Filtration Hypothesis have provided theoretic basis and practical guidance for mother tongue use in FL classroom.更多还原
