E1级空心刨花板的生产工艺

【摘要】 选用施胶量、甲醛捕捉添加剂、挤压温度、挤出速度为试验因子,探讨E1级空心刨花板的生产工艺。研究结果表明:甲醛捕捉剂的添加量为2%时,板材的甲醛释放量为8 mg/100g,达到E1级环保产品。E1级空心刨花板的较佳工艺参数为:施胶量5%,甲醛捕捉剂添加量2%,挤压温度160℃,挤出速度0.35 m/min。

【Abstract】 Tubular particleboard panel which is made through extrusion method,has been increasingly visible in the market due to excellent strength-weight ratio and raw material savings.The objective of this study was to optimize the manufacturing process for producing tubular particleboard with E1 grade performance.The processing factors selected in this study included resin content,the amount of formaldehyde scavenger,extruding temperature,and extruding speed.The results showed that the optimal manufacturing parameters for producing E1 grade particleboard were 5% resin content,2% addition of formaldehyde scavenger,160 ℃ extruding temperature,and 0.35 m/min extruding speed.The formaldehyde emission of the particleboard was 8 mg/100g.
