【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血尿酸与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法测定68例GDM患者的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、尿酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低、高密度脂蛋白和孕前体重指数,并与40例正常孕妇比较。结果①GDM组血清空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR、尿酸明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05);②将GDM组分为高尿酸血症组和尿酸正常组二个亚组,高尿酸血症组空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯、孕前体重指数明显高于尿酸正常组,高密度脂蛋白明显低于尿酸正常组(P<0.05);③GDM患者血尿酸与空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR呈正相关关系。结论GDM患者血尿酸水平增高与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between uric acid and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),uric acid(UA),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),pre-pregnanct BMI were determined in 68 patients with GDM and in 40 normal pregnancy women.Results ①FINS,HOMA-IR and UA of GDM group were significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.05);②When the patients with GDM were satisfied by absence or presence of hyperuricemia,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and pre-pregnanct BMI of patients with hyperuricemia was obviously higher than that in patients without hyperuricemia,HDL-C was obviously lower compared with that in patients without hyperuricemia(P<0.05);③There was positive correlation between uric acid and FINS,HOMA-IR in patients with GDM.Conclusion Elevation of serum uric acid in GDM is associated with insulin resistance.更多还原
