【摘要】 目的探讨肝脏局灶性病变超声造影(CEUS)的超声特征。方法对52例肝局灶性病变在实时灰阶超声造影下观察肝局灶性病变的灌注过程及回声变化,并与增强CT(CECT)或病理结果进行对照。结果肝脏局灶性病变CEUS的定性诊断准确率与CECT对照,差别无统计学意义。结论CEUS能显示肝局灶性病变血流灌注情况,对肝脏局灶性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ultrasonic feature of focal liver lesions by contrast-enhancement Ultrasound(CEUS).Methods A total of 52 in-patients with focal liver lesions were included.The process of filling and the echo change were observed by real-time gray scale Contrast-enchancement CEUS.The result was compared with the contrast enhanced helical computed tomography(CT) and pathologic data.Results The difference between the diagnostic accuracy of focal liver lesions by CEUS and CECT was not significant.Conclusion CEUS can display blood current and play an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of focal liver lesions.更多还原
