【摘要】 目的探讨稳定期和活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平的变化。方法应用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELSIA)检测40例健康体检者和120例稳定期和活动期RA患者的IL-17水平,同时检测白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等实验室指标。结果IL-17,PLT,ESR,RF,CRP等指标RA患者组均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。RA患者活动期PLT,ESR,RF,CRP,IL-17水平均显著高于稳定期(P<0.05)。结论IL-17与RA免疫炎症有关,其水平高低可反映病情活动变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the interleukin-17(IL-17) level in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients.Methods IL-17 was detected in 120 patients with RA and 40 healthy controls by using enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay method.WBC,RBC,PLT,ESR,RF and CRP were examined respectively.Results The levels of IL-17,PLT,ESR,RF and CRP in RA patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).The levels of IL-17,PLT,ESR,RF and CRP in RA patients of active stage were significantly higher than that of stable stage(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-17 level is closely associated with inflammation and disease activity in RA.更多还原
