【摘要】 目的:观察炙甘草汤意加减治疗缓慢型为主的心律失常的临床疗效。方法:对41例缓慢型心律失常患者,在常规治疗的基础上,给予中药炙甘草汤加减,观察治疗前后症状、心电图、24h动态心电图变化。结果:显效14例,有效22例,无效3例,加重2例。结论:以炙甘草汤意加减,益气通阳、养血活血治疗缓慢型为主的心律失常,收效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the Zhigancao Decoction of slow rhythm of heartbeat. Method: 41 cases of patients with abnormal heart rate slow, in the conventional treatment on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine to Zhigancao Decoction, observed treatment has symptoms, electrocardiogram, 24 h Holter changes. Results: 14 cases markedly effective, effective in 22 cases, three cases invalid, added two cases.
