【摘要】 目的:观察益气养血补肾方对免疫力低下大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠40只,随机分成4组:空白对照组、模型对照组、小剂量益气养血补肾方治疗组、大剂量益气养血补肾方治疗组。除空白对照组外,其余3组腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX)40mg/(kg.d),连续5天,建立化疗后低免疫力大鼠模型。治疗组同时按比例予益气养血补肾方水煎液灌胃,模型对照组予生理盐水灌胃,15天后,测定外周血CD45、IL-2水平。结果:模型对照组IL-2、CD45明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01);治疗组均明显高于模型组(P<0.01),但以大剂量益气养血补肾方的效果较好。结论:益气养血补肾方能提高低免疫力大鼠的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effect of immunologic function of Benefiting Qi Nourishing Bood Invigorating Kidney(BNI) decoction on low immunity rats.Methods:Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,big dose BNI decoction group and little dose BNI decoction group.The three groups expect normal group were injected cytoxan(CTX 40mg/kg) once a day that continued five days.So the low immunity rats model were made result from chemotherapy.Nnormal saline,water decoction of BNI in proportion were administered respectively to three groups expect normal group by gavage up to fifteen days,then execute the rats and measure the level of CD45 and IL-2 in the peripheral blood.Results: The level of IL-2,CD45 of model group is lower than normal group(P<0.01),the treating group’s is higher than model group’s(P<0.01),but the big dose BNI decotion had a better effect.Conclusions:BNI decotion can improve immune function of low immunity rats model.更多还原
