【摘要】 目的:观察地奥心血康对高钾和高钙引起的家兔脑基底动脉环收缩的影响。方法:制作家兔离体脑基底动脉环,以高钾液和氯化钙溶液为兔脑基底动脉环的预收缩剂,尼莫地平为阳性对照药,地奥心血康为治疗药,采用自身对照的方法,通过测定脑基底动脉环的收缩,研究地奥心血康胶囊对家兔脑基底动脉环的作用。结果:地奥心血康对高钾液和氯化钙溶液引起的离体兔脑基底动脉环的收缩有抑制作用,其抑制作用不及尼莫地平(IC1=IC2=P<0.01)。结论:地奥心血康对高钾和高钙引起的家兔脑基底动脉环收缩有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the constriction effect of DAXXK on the Cerebral Fundus Artery of Rabbits with high concentration potassium chloride and calcium chloride were given.Methods:To duplicate artery ring model of cerebral fundus artery of rabbits.This was a constriction medicament with potassium chloride and calcium chloride.To divide the animals(rabbits) into nimodipine contrast group,DAXXK treating group.Constriction effect of cerebral fundus artery ring was determined,to observe the therapeutic function of DAXXK to cerebral fundus artery ring of rabbits.Results:DAXXK had an evident restrainable function to the cerebral fundus artery of rabbits with high concentration potassium chloride and calcium chloride was given.The inhibit rate(IC) of the DAXXK treating group was increased obviously,but was lower compared with that of nimodipine contrast group(IC1=IC2=P<0.01),there was a significant difference.Conclusion:DAXXK might have a constriction effect on the cerebral fundus artery of rabbits with high concentration potassium chloride and calcium chloride was given.更多还原
