【摘要】 目的:探讨中药内服、外敷配合腹部按摩治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法:在辨证上分4型,痰湿型、脾肾阳虚型、肝气郁滞型、寒凝血瘀型,在辨证基础上予以中药盆炎通管汤加减内服,配合腹部穴位及子宫附件体表投影按摩,并在按摩后以盆炎散外敷下腹部治疗。结果:治疗1个月后两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月及3个月后两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗1个月与2个月比较及1个月与3个月比较差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服、外敷配合腹部按摩治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症有一定的治疗效果,且治疗2个月及3个月后疗效较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of barrenness of salpingemphraxis by traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and spreading for outside combined with massage on abdomen.Methods:By differentiation of symptoms and signs,separated to 4 types as phlegm-damp type,asdthenic splenonephro-yang type,hepatic qi stasis type,cold coagulation and blood stasis type.On the ground of differentiation of symptoms and signs,we give Penyantong Soup for oral use,and match massage on abdomen,then give Penyansan for spreading outside.Results:After one month of treatment,there aren’t significant differences(P>0.05),and two or three months later,there are significant differences between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:The method of barrenness of salpingemphraxis treated by traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and spreading outside combined with massage on abdomen is effective,and the curative effect is better two or three months later.更多还原
