球形量子点的三阶极化率
Third-order Nonlinear Optical Susceotibility in a spherical Quantum Dot
【摘要】 在理论上计算了球形量子点激子基态能级和偶极跃迁振子强度,分析了量子点激子的三阶极化率。结果表明:在激子强受限的情况下,量子点半径越小三阶极化率越大;在激子弱受限的情况下,量子点半径的增大,三阶极化率越大。
【Abstract】 Under the effective mass approximation,the lowest exciton energy level and oscillate strength of one exciton in spherical quantum dot were derived by means of quantum mechanics with infinate barrier.The numerical calculations of the third-order susceptibilities were studied on a spherical nc-Si/SiO2 quantum dot.It is found that the third-order susceptibilities of exciton increase as the particle size is decreased in strong confinement regimes;and the third-order susceptibilities of exciton increase as the particle size is increased in weak confinement.
