【摘要】 目的观察萆苓祛痛方对痛风模型大鼠的疗效。方法取50只大鼠,将大鼠造成尿酸钠所致的痛风模型,萆苓祛痛方组按10.8 g/kg、4.32 g/kg,1 ml/100g剂量灌胃给药,1次/d;阳性组(别嘌醇)按0.072 g/kg,1 ml/100 g,均连续5 d,正常对照组与模型组灌胃等容量的蒸馏水,观察造模前及治疗5 d后各组受试关节的直径变化。并于腹主动脉取血,测定血尿酸值及关节直径的改变。实验2将上述大鼠的足趾关节标本用10%中性甲醛固定,脱毛,去皮后取关节脱钙,浸泡14 d,常规石蜡包埋切片,HE染色,光镜观察病理变化。结果萆苓祛痛方能够明显抑制尿酸钠所致大鼠的踝关节肿胀,显著降低高尿酸血症大鼠的血尿酸水平,疗效高于别嘌醇组。病理报告显示,痹苓祛痛方能够减轻造模后大鼠关节腔炎症,水肿消除,关节肿胀度减低,滑膜充血减轻。结论萆苓祛痛方对痛风模型大鼠有显著的抗炎消肿及减低血尿酸水平的作用,可减轻滑膜病变,防治软骨膜的损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Bilingqutong Prescription on the model of gouty rats.Methods Rats in the Bilingqutong group were administrated by gastric perfusion of Bilingqutong Prescription according to 10.8 g/kg、4.32 g/kg、1 ml/100g,per day for 5 days.Rats in allopurinol control group were administrated by gastric perfusion of Allopurinols according to 0.072 g/kg、1 ml/100g,per day for 5 days.Normal control group was administrated by gastric perfusion of distilled water.Observing diameter of joint、serum uric acid before and after model-making and treatment.Specimens of toe joints were fixed with 10% neutral,unhairing and decalcification for 14 days.Sections were paraffin-embedded and stained by HE.Finally the change of joint pathology was obserred under light microscope.Result Compared with gouty control and allopurinol group(positive control group) the joint swell degree in Bilingqutong group was reduced significantly with lower serum uric acid level(P<0.01).Pathological sections showed that Bilingqutong Prescription could alleviate inflammation、inhibit swell、reduce diameter of joints、relieve synovial hyperemia.Conclusion Bilingqutong Prescription can reduce the serum uric acid level,inhibit inflammation of gouty arthritis and prevent joint lesions.更多还原
