【摘要】 制度变迁实质上是一种制度创新的过程。浙江省通过制度创新,引导、鼓励民营资本进入旅游业。投资住宿、餐饮等中小型旅游企业、大中型休闲观光农业园区、开发自然或文化旅游资源是浙江省民营资本进入旅游业的主要渠道。目前在浙江省,住宿餐饮业、景区景点、旅行社等旅游环节民营资本均占有重要地位。民营资本的进入促进了浙江省旅游业的发展,对中西部旅游业的发展、旅游业投融资等制度创新有重要的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Institutional vicissitude is essentially the process of a system innovation.Privately-run capital is guided and encouraged to enter tourism industry in Zhejiang province through system innovation.Investment in medium-sized and small tourism enterprises engaged in accommodations and catering,large and medium-sized leisure and sightseeing agricultural parks and development of natural or cultural tourism resources are the major channels for access to tourism industry.Currently,privately-run capital occupies an important position in accommodations and catering industry,scenic areas and scenic spots as well as travel agencies in Zhejiang province.Access of privately-run capital has promoted the development of tourism industry in Zhejiang province and provided important reference for the development of tourism industry in central and western regions and the institutional innovation concerning investment and financing in tourism industry.更多还原
