【Abstract】 The library subject librarian system of the North China University of Technology has some problems in system con-struction,overall quality in personnel,and insufficient propaganda strengthen.In view of these questions,the author suggests North China University of Technology library’s subject librarian system need to restructure from the system,the personnel,and the open-door policy service,and to make the certain reference about the service pattern of the university library subject librarian system.更多还原
